This change is the culmination of months of intentional prayer and years of underlying longing. Over the years, we’ve experienced so much change as a church, and now it finally feels like God has given us the perfect combination of spiritual foundation and conviction to finally to change our name - thereby ushering us into a new era of church.

After months of meeting, praying, and listening to the Lord, it was clear that the rebrand would be about two things: (1) Honoring our past and (2) Thriving in our new identity.

To all of us, whether you’re new or have been here for years, we’re standing on the spiritual foundations put down by prior generations at RWC. It's a history filled with hope, promises given and fulfilled, radical faith, and an utter reliance on God’s presence. We firmly believe the culmination of God’s work in our lives has led us to this moment where we stand on the edge of a new leap of faith.

And that new leap is embracing our identity as a church. An identity that holds fast to the faithfulness of the past in order to stand in an era of renewed dreams and promise. Codifying into our name, the heartbeat of this body since its conception - that we want to be a church that exists to be the dwelling place of God.
