AMI General Conference - Ignite

Registration has begun for this year's AMI General Conference from August 1-3 with guest speaker Jack Deere. Early registration is $100 until June 2. Single Women's Discussion Group

We will meet at the church office on Saturdays at 1pm to discuss readings about the role of women, being single, our identity in Christ, and making the most of our singleness. The group will be capped at 15.

The dates are: 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22

Family Food Rotation

We want to congratulate Daniel and Jen Kim who welcomed their son, Tyler, on April 4, 2013. We would like to bless them by delivering food a few times a week as they settle in with their newborn. This is a great opportunity for the church to serve our families and demonstrate a supportive church community. Slots are available for individuals, pairs, or even small groups. 2013 Young Adult Small Groups

2013 Young Adult Small Groups are in full swing. Join a Small Group Community today! We are planning on starting a Thursday Small Group on March 7th. Currently, all our SGs are on Friday. Let us know if you're interested. Sign up at the info table or email yaministry@remnantwestside.net.

One Year Bible Reading Plan

We are reading through the entire Bible following the One Year Bible Plan. We encourage everyone to follow along and be blessed by this as we read through His word together as a church. Please pick up a bookmark of the schedule at the info table and put it in your Bibles to follow along.

Our weekly church wide prayer meetings are held on Wednesdays from 8pm - 12am at the church office. Come join us as we intercede for the church and spend time in personal prayer.

Congregational Retreat Registration

Winter Congregational Retreat Friday-Sunday, 3/1-3/3 at Spruce Lake, PA

Regular Registration: 2/4 - 2/17: $95 Late Registration: 2/18-2/24: $115

Membership Classes

The spring membership classes will begin on February 10th. It will be six classes over seven weeks, at 9am on Sundays before service, downstairs in the Social Hall. If you would like to become a covenant member of RWC, please sign up at the Info Table after service. If you have any questions, please feel free to email steven.choi@remnantwestside.net

2013 Young Adult Small Groups

Missions Fair

On 2/3, we will be holding a Missions Fair in the Social Hall after service. Come check out the missions sites we're going to this summer, as well as other missions opportunities through Remnant and through AMI. There will be representatives to answer your questions.

Meditation Before Service

Every Sunday morning at 10:15am the auditorium is set aside for meditation. We encourage you to take advantage of this time to prepare your hearts for worship.

RWC Bible Study Classes

RWC is providing a bible study class on the topic of "How to Study the Bible". The class will be taught by Pastor Ryun Chang, and spans 5 weeks Sundays after service from 3:00 to 5:15 on 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/11, and 11/18. Note that there is no class on 11/4. There is no cost for the class and all are welcome to attend. Please sign up at the info table if you're interested.

College Retreat

Our annual college retreat will be October 12-14 at Taconic Retreat Center. The guest speaker is Pastor Paul Chi from Harvest Church of Madison. YA Small Group Community Signups

After service in the Social Hall. Small groups start officially on September 14th, You can also sign up online here.

Youth Group - Teachers Needed

Youth Group is looking for more teachers! Youth group serves 7-12th graders and you must be a member to serve. Please contact g.gracegrace@gmail.com if you are interested.

Little Lambs

Little Lambs, the infant and toddler ministry at RWC, are recruiting more teachers to join the ministry. If you would like to serve, please join our ministry and help create a loving and nurturing environment for the infants in our church. Mustard Seed

Mustard Seeds is recruiting teachers to join this new children's ministry. If you are passionate about the Word, and would love to help disciple young children to know and love the Lord, please email Haein at littlelambs@remnantwestside.net for more info.

Urbana 2012

InterVarsity will be hosting the Urbana conference this year in St Louis, MO on December 27 - 31 this year. It is the largest and most diverse gathering of college students, working professionals, missions practitioners and church leaders in all of North America. RWC encourages its congregants to attend so that they may network with others and grow their heart for God's global mission! Registration takes place at www.urbana.org and costs $339 until June 30, and will rise to $399 afterwards. Need-based RWC scholarships are available by contacting missions@remnantwestside.net

Offering Box

After service is over, the offering box is moved into the Social Hall next to the Info Table. Please make all checks payable to Remnant Westside Church.

Young Adult Lunch Groups

Whether you are visiting for the first time or have been attending Remnant for years, the young adult ministry would love to get to know you. Please stop by the info table after service if you would like to get lunch with some of our brothers and sisters and get to know what we are all about. Lunches are coordinated every Sunday after service.

Membership Classes

Summer Missions 2012

RWC will be participating in God's mission this upcoming summer at various locations in Asia. Applications for these trips are available at the info table. We encourage everyone to prayerfully consider devoting your summer next year to serving the Lord on one of these trips.
